Tricia provides compassionate support throughout your pregnancy and postpartum. Tricia customizes postures to help you continue or start your practice safely. Tricia, drawing from her own pregnancy and client’s experience, finds yoga can connect you with your baby in utero. Yoga can strengthen, improve flexibility, and ease your pregnancy and delivery.

Tricia created a prenatal series for teacher trainings in 2013 at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health.
